Editors set Glastonbury ablaze with Other Stage set

Band get a wall of fire for festival appearance

Editors unleashed their inner stadium rockers with a blazing end to their Glastonbury festival set tonight (June 25).

With big productions expected from headliners Muse and Pet Shop Boys, the band didn’t want to miss out and ended their show literally with a bang.

As their Other Stage set climaxed with ‘Papillon’, the band exploded a pyrotechnic wall of flame.

Earlier the band had steamrollered through a set that mixed songs from all three of their albums, barely pausing between songs.

Editors played:

‘In This Light And On This Evening’
‘An End Has A Start’
‘Eat Raw Meat = Blood Drool’
‘The Racing Rats’
‘Smokers Outside The Hospital Doors’
‘No Sound But The Wind’
‘Bricks And Mortar’

NME will be coming live from Glastonbury throughout the weekend. Head to NME.COM/glastonbury for the latest festival news.
