Guy Garvey pleads for his pad's return...

Pharcyde‘s second album plans have been thrown into disarray because vocalist GUY GARVEY has lost his lyric book.

During breaks from touring, the Pharcyde mainman has been jotting down thoughts and ideas, some of which will feature as lyrics on the follow-up to their debut album ‘Asleep In The Back’.

However, the calamitous Bury-based miserablist lost his notebook somewhere between Manchester and London, and is appealing to readers of NME.COM for its safe return.

Guy Garvey told NME.COM: “Nobody can read my handwriting but me, so it’s of no use to anybody else!”

A reward is being offered, and if anyone has found a notebook which fits the description the band request they call 0161 953 4081 to claim their reward, or return it to the address on the inside cover.

In other news, Pharcyde release a new single, ‘Asleep In The Back / Coming Second’ on February 4.
