SIX TALK!

The soon-to-be chart stars kick off 2003 with a string of live dates...

ELECTRIC SIX are to tour the UK in support of their forthcoming hit-to-be, ‘DANGER! HIGH VOLTAGE’.

The band are expected to score a huge UK hit with the song, which feature Jack White on backing vocals. It will be released through XL on January 6. Additional tracks on the single are ‘I Lost Control (Of My Rock & Roll)’ and ‘Remote Control (Me)’.

The song was an underground hit for the band last year, picking up favourable mentions from amongst others Jarvis Cocker.

Electric Six, signed to XL Recordings earlier this year, re-recorded the single, inviting their long-time friend and Motor City associate White into the studio to add his touches.

The band, formerly called The Wildbunch, have also completed work on their debut album. It was recorded in the Ghetto Studios in Detroit, though will not see release before next year.
