Watch Elton John storm off stage after telling a fan to “fuck off”

The veteran star was unhappy after the fan kept touching him during a Las Vegas performance this week

Elton John stormed off stage during a recent Las Vegas gig after becoming enraged by one fan who kept interfering with his performance – watch the moment below.

The artist is currently in the middle of a long Las Vegas residency, with John playing regular gigs at The Colosseum at the famous Caesar’s Palace.

As his show on Thursday night (March 1) wrapped up, however, John was captured on film in the middle of an altercation with one fan who got a bit too close to the performance.

After inviting fans up on stage for set-closer ‘Saturday Night’s Alright For Fighting’, John became increasingly angry with one fan in particular – with the star seen yelling “fuck off” at the punter after he was repeatedly touched on the shoulder and asked for pictures and high-fives.

After pointing at the fan and yelling “fuck off” once again, John is then seen getting up from his piano and walking off stage as his backing band continues to play in the background.

John later returned to the stage to resume the gig, but he also told fans that he would no longer be inviting anyone up on stage.

“No more coming on stage on ‘Saturday Night’,” he announced. “You fucked it up.”

John has since released a statement to give his take on the incident, saying that the fan “completely disrupted the performance” – in contrast to the majority of fans who are normally “very courteous to the fact we are in middle of playing a song live” when he invites them up on stage for ‘Saturday Night’.
