The McNamara brothers line up for more open-air gigs this summer...
EMBRACE are heavily tipped to headline a stage at this year’s T In The Park (July 8-9) and Reading/Leeds festivals (August 25-27), nme.com can reveal.
The band, who release their second album ‘Drawn From Memory’ on March 27 through Hut, are also rumoured to be playing Glastonbury this year.
Embrace are also taking part in an exclusive webchat on our website nme.com on March 26, the day before they play a fanclub only show at London Hanover Grand on March 27.
Fans will be able to submit their questions live to the band, and the chat will be followed by a webcast of their already classic show at the NME Premier Shows at the London WC2 Astoria in January.
The band’s show at the Hanover Grand, which happens the day their new album is released, will also be webcast on nme.com.
The band, who release a new single, ‘You’re Not Alone’ on March 13, have also revealed that the next single to be taken from ‘Drawn From Memory’ will be ‘Save Me’, slated for release in June/July.
See the March 11 issue of NME, out in the UK tomorrow, for an exclusive feature where we take Embrace back to Yorkshire for a tour of their childhood haunts.
