The studio where [url=]EMINEM recorded his debut album ‘THE SLIM SHADY LP’ is being auctioned on eBAY.
Studio 8, which is based in the Detroit suburb Ferndale, is on the market under the commercial property section for a minimum bid of $215,000 (£161,448), according to the BBC.
The building, which is owned by producer AJ Abdullah will be advertised for 30 days.

David Giltner, senior vice president of Grubb and Ellis which listed the property on the eBay website, said: “The recording studio is still intact, but the equipment is not part of the sale. It’s in great shape and was recently renovated.”
