EMINEM has made his first public comment about the incidents that led to his upcoming trial for allegedly pistol-whipping love rival JOHN GUERRA, in which he appears to admit being involved in an incident with the man.

On ‘Don’t Approach Me’, a track on rapper Xzibit’s new album, Eminem refers to both the June 4 incident and his estranged wife Kim’s subsequent suicide attempt.

“You wonder why I carry every gun under the sun/ Whether it’s unloaded or a unregistered one/Just got in a feud in some parking lot with a dude over Kim and she just slit both of her wrists over this shit”.

The words, in the context of the track, come as a plea for privacy as both Eminem and Xzibit detail the detrimental effects of fame. In another of the song’s verses, Eminem complains of “cameras in his face like animals”.

He returns to Macomb County, Michigan tomorrow (December 15) to face charges over the pistol whipping incident.

At the hearing, rescheduled after it was supposed to happen last week (December 8), Eminem faces charges of carrying a concealed weapon and assault with a dangerous weapon. Prosecutors have said in the past that they intend to ask for the maximum sentence of five years in jail.

Xzibit’s album ‘Restless’, executive produced by Dr Dre and also featuring Snoop Dogg, Goldie Loc and KRS-One was released in the UK on Monday (December 11).
