EMINEM has finally been confirmed to play live at this year’s BRIT AWARDS.

A spokesperson for the awards told NME.COM this morning (February 19) that the controversial rapper is definitely performing live at the event at Earl’s Court in London on February 26, although will not be performing his hit ‘Stan’. Instead, it is anticipated he will perform a “medley” of his other hits, including ‘The Real Slim Shady’, with his protégés D-12 on a specially-designed set.

In addition, Limp Bizkit, who were touted to appear at this year’s awards, will now not be making an appearance. Others definitely confirmed to appear are Coldplay, Craig David, Destiny’s Child, Sonique, Westlife, Robbie Williams and U2.

In addition to the artists performing live at the event, various celebrities will be awarding gongs. They include Noel Gallagher, Kylie Minogue and ’70s icon Donny Osmond.
