"We’re creating a show unlike anything I’ve done before."
Lady Gaga has announced that she will begin her Las Vegas residency at the end of this year.
Having previously confirmed plans for an extended stay in Vegas, the pop icon has now revealed that she’ll kick off her ‘Enigma’ show at the Park MGM resort on December 28.
“I can’t wait to share ENIGMA with all of my fans and with Las Vegas. We’re creating a show unlike anything I’ve done before. It will be a celebration of all that is unique and different within us. The challenges of bravery can be overcome with creativity and courage that is grown out of adversity, love, and music”, Gaga confirmed to People.
The residency will see the star sticking around for 27 performances – and there’s two different shows on offer for fans.
The ‘Lady Gaga Enigma’ will offer the opportunity to see a show built around her biggest hits, while the Jazz & Piano show will feature stripped-down versions of her songs, along with tunes from The Great American Songbook.
Bill Hornbuckle, the President of MGM Entertainment, said: ““Working with Lady Gaga and her team has been a career highlight for me.
“What she is planning for Las Vegas audiences is nothing short of spectacular. Welcoming her into our family will firmly position Park MGM as the city’s most exciting new destination.”
Tickets will go on sale from August 13 and you can buy them here.
