Enrique Iglesias sliced open his hand during a concert on Saturday night (May 30), but completed the show anyway.
While performing in Tijuana, Mexico, the singer grabbed a camera drone to show the audience his point of view. Video footage shows him flinching before throwing the drone on to the stage with a bloodied hand, which he then used to draw a heart on his T-shirt.

A representative for the singer said that he was “semi-treated” from side-of-stage and was advised to cut short the show, Billboard reports. He completed the performance, at Plaza de Toros de Playas, with his hand bandaged and visibly bloody.
A tweet from a member of Iglesias’ team shows the heart.
