Enter Shikari cover ‘Game Of Thrones’ theme tune during live radio session – listen

Band played rendition of popular TV theme song on BBC Radio 1

Enter Shikari have covered the Game Of Thrones theme tune.

The band performed a rocked-up rendition of the popular television soundtrack during a live session on BBC Radio 1. Season 5 of the show premieres in April on HBO and Sky Atlantic.

Enter Shikari’s latest album ‘The Mindsweep’ was released last month. The album was recorded at Chapel Studios in Lincolnshire last spring with producer Dan Weller, who also worked on the group’s last record, 2012’s ‘A Flash Flood Of Colour’.

Previously, frontman Rou Reynolds described the record as being “fearless”. He told NME that it “feels like we’ve got a little bit more confidence, and we’re a bit more aware of various other influences”.

In support of the album, Enter Shikari have embark on a UK and European tour. As well as dates across the continent, the quartet will also play nine shows in the UK.

Enter Shikari will play:

Portsmouth Pyramids (February 16, 2015)
Cardiff Yplas (17)
Wolverhampton Civic (18)
Manchester Academy (20)
Glasgow Barrowlands (21)
Middlesbrough Town Hall (22)
Cambridge Corn Exchange (24)
Norwich UEA (25)
