Faith No More released ‘Sol Invictus’ in May.

Following its release, frontman Mike Patton admitted that there is no long-term plan for the band and that none of the members know what will come next.

“An old man only looks to the next day,” the 47-year-old Patton said. “We’re old men. So what you do is, you look to the next day or the next plan, and, honestly, we don’t have a plan after this tour or this record.”

‘Sol Invictus’ is Faith No More’s first album since 1997’s ‘Album Of The Year’. The album was recorded in the band’s own studio in Oakland, California and was released on their own imprint, Reclamation Records.

Having split in 1998, Faith No More reformed in 2009 and have since toured the world extensively.
