The prestigious MUZIK magazine dance awards are to take place at THE ARCHES in LONDON on October 19.
The full list of nominees for the 24 categories are to be announced by [url=]www.muzikweekly.com within the next two weeks. Last year’s winners included Chemical Brothers, whose ‘Surrender’ was voted Best Album by Muzik readers, Faithless, who took the Best Live Band award and Sasha, who was awarded the Outstanding Achievement gong. The inimitable Brandon Block yet again nabbed the title of Caner of the Year.
With established names in the dance world such as Eminem, Basement Jaxx, Kelis and Leftfield having been in the headlines this year, not to mention a host of hot newcomers such as Wookie and Artful Dodger on the up, it is shaping up to be an extremely interesting event.
