FATBOY SLIM fans can have a go at remixing one of his tracks and watch an exclusive video made on the final night of the CONCORDE club in BRIGHTON on a free CD being given away with the GUARDIAN newspaper tomorrow (January 20).

The enhanced CDRom, titled ‘Halfway Between The Gutter And The Guardian’, features nine tracks, two with videos.

One is the footage of Fatboy Slim, aka Norman Cook, and friends dismantling the infamous Concorde, spiritual home of the DJ and legendary club night Big Beat Boutique, to the track ‘Build It Up – Tear It Down’.

The other is the Hammer And Tongs-directed video for his Number Two single ‘Right Here, Right Now’.

The remix game features a range of samples which can be played around with to create a ‘Rockafeller Skank’-style tune of their own.

It also features rare and difficult-to-find tracks such as ‘Michael Jackson’ and the Manumission remix of ‘Love Island’.
