Fatboy Slim is set to hold another free gig on BRIGHTON BEACH this summer.
Last July, he played to crowds of more than 35,000 as part of a Channel 4 broadcast. Now he has teamed up with Brighton And Hove City Council to repeat the music extravaganza, which may become an annual attraction.
Fatboy Slim is in negotiations with sponsors who would help fund the event.
He said: “It was trouble free last year. Everyone had a brilliant time. People are very keen to get involved because it is such a positive event for Brighton. I can’t see any reason why it won’t go ahead.”
Fatboy Slim would headline with Skint Records boss Damian Harris (Midfield General) and Jon Digweed, who lives in Hove.
A council spokesman said told NME.COM that although no dates were yet finalised for a possible party, meetings were taking place over the coming days.
