Grant Nicholas puts his guitar down for a minute...
FEEDER’s GRANT NICHOLAS has done his first ever remix – for upcoming UK hip-hop outfit MARK B & BLADE.
Nicholas went into the studio at the weekend to help with a re-recording of ‘Ya Don’t See The Signs’, a track from the duo’s current album ‘The Unknown’.
A spokesperson for Mark B & Blade said: “They’re both fans of each other’s music, so Grant thought he’d have a go”.
Meanwhile, Feeder have upgraded two venues on their UK tour due to the chart success of their recent single ‘Buck Rogers’.
‘Buck Rogers’ was Feeder’s biggest chart hit to date, entering the UK Top 40 at Number Five. As a result, the band’s proposed show at the Norwich Waterfront has now been shifted to the larger UEA, while their Manchester show has been moved from the MDH to the adjacent Manchester Academy.
Tickets for both shows remain valid for the larger venues and tickets are still available for all the other dates on the tour. For more details and tickets for tickets to any of the above shows, ring the NME.COM 24 Hour Ticketline on 0870 1 663663. Calls are charged at national standard rate.
NME.COM can also reveal that the band’s next single will be ‘Seven Days In The Sun’, which will be released just before their new album ‘Echo Park’ on April 23.
