Trustees of the Staffordshire venue sign a deal with the promoters...

The V FESTIVAL has secured its future at WESTON PARK in STAFFORDSHIRE for the next four years.

The annual event moved to the Midlands site from Leeds in 1999. This year’s festival, to be held on August 17 and 18 and headlined by Stereophonics and Travis, is the first event to take place since the promoters, Roseclaim, signed a five-year deal with Weston Park trustees.

Speaking to the Birmingham Evening Mail, V Festival organiser Andy Rehead said: “We have a strong relationship with Weston Park and recognition of the event has really grown.”

Tickets are on sale now, priced £39.50 for a one-day pass; £67.50 for a weekend pass; and £80.00 for a weekend pass with camping. To buy, [url=]click here or call the NME Ticketline on 0870 1 663 663.
