James Walsh and co enlist the help of Donovan during their main stage show
STARSAILOR performed with “Glastonbury legend” DONOVAN during their performance on the PYRAMID STAGE this afternoon.
The group brought out the veteran songwriter for a duet of his track ‘Caught In The Wind’. Introducing him, singer James Walsh said that he considered Donovan a “legend” of the festival. Following the duet, he stayed on stage with the band and played harmonica on ‘Born Again’.
The rest of Starsailor’s set, which took place in the late afternoon, was comprised of songs from their acclaimed debut album ‘Love Is Here’. A playful Walsh also found time to cover the White Stripes’ ‘Hotel Yorba’ for the people waiting for them to follow his band on the Pyramid Stage.
