‘Too’ is Fidlar’s second album and will be released on September 4 via Wichita Recordings (Cloud Nothings, Waxahatchee, Slow Club). Recorded over a period of just two weeks with producer Jay Joyce, frontman Zac Carper says the album is anything but “a standard rock record”.

He added: “We could have made record number one again… but instead we decided to challenge ourselves and admit that we don’t know everything. Up until this point we had recorded everything ourselves, so working with a producer taught us so much. I didn’t want to make a standard rock record. The goal for this album was to think outside the box and I think Jay really helped us do that.”

The ‘Too’ tracklisting is as follows:

’40oz. On Repeat’
‘Punks’
‘West Coast’
‘Why Generation’
‘Sober’
‘Leave Me Alone’
‘Drone’
‘Overdose’
‘Hey Johnny’
‘Stupid Decisions’
‘Bad Medicine’
‘Bad Habits’

The band are due to appear at this year’s Reading And Leeds Festivals over the weekend of August 28-30.

They will appear alongside the likes of headliners The Libertines, Metallica and Mumford & Sons.
