Finley Quaye, who last week took home the Best British Male Solo Award from this year’s Brit Awards, capitalises on his triumph with a new single and a string of Scottish and English live dates next month.

His last performance in London was as a headliner at the NME/Miller Genuine Draft Awards on January 24, in which he was also nominated for Best Solo Artist and Best New Artist.

The tour backs up the release on February 23 of new Epic single ‘Your Love Gets Sweeter’, the fourth cut off last year’s ‘Maverick A Strike’ album which has sold 280,000 copies in the UK to date. The single is available with different B-sides including album and ‘Abbey Road’ versions of the title track plus new recordings ‘Can’t Be Left Alone’, ‘Everybody Knows’, ‘Le Saint Des Delinquents’ and ‘Maverick A Dub’.
