Flight Of The Conchords songs to be available after TV debuts

Songs from the second series will be available on iTunes

Songs featured in the forthcoming second series of HBO comedy Flight Of The Conchords are set to be made available on iTunes the day after they appear on the show.

The first episode of the second series is set to air in the US on January 18 – with one song from the show, ‘Angels’, set to be available on American iTunes from January 19.

Once the ten-part series has concluded an album, featuring songs from the show plus five new tracks, will be made available on April 14, reports Billboard.com.

iTunes UK will not be offering the same service when the series debuts in the country in April.

However, a spokesperson for Flight Of The Conchords told NME.COM that the full album may be released in the UK in advance of the series – although this is yet to be confirmed.
