Bret McKenzie reveals three songs are set for game

Flight Of The Conchords are set to appear in a forthcoming edition of the ‘Rock Band’ computer game, the comedy duo have revealed.

Bret McKenzie, one half of the New Zealand act alongside Jemaine Clement, told TV Guide in a video interview at the Emmy Awards in Los Angeles that three of the duo’s songs would appear in the game in the future.

“There’s going to be three songs on ‘Rock Band’,” he said. “I’m serious. You’ll be able to look like The Beatles and play one of our songs.” The pair did not reveal which of their songs would be chosen to appear in the game.

A new Flight Of The Conchords album, ‘I Told You I Was Freaky’, is set for release on October 26. They are also expected to head to the UK for live shows next year.
