Florence + The Machine unveil new track ‘As Far As I Could Get’ – listen

A new Florence And The Machine track was unveiled today for Record Store Day.

The song, titled ‘As Far As I Could Get’, will feature on the deluxe edition of upcoming album ‘How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful’. It was released as a limited edition seven-inch, the B-side to recent single ‘What Kind Of Man’. Listen to ‘As Far As I Could Get’ below.

Florence Welch’s upcoming third LP ‘How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful’ is out on June 1. It’s the third album from Florence + The Machine and follows 2009 debut ‘Lungs’ and 2011 follow-up ‘Ceremonials’. Produced by Marcus Dravs (Bj√∂rk, Arcade Fire, Coldplay), the new album also includes contributions from Paul Epworth, Kid Harpoon and John Hill.

Welch’s performance at the second weekend of Coachella Festival on Sunday (April 19) will be “stripped back” to just 30 minutes after the singer broke her foot performing at the festival last weekend.

Earlier this week, it was revealed that Florence + The Machine will be playing this year’s Glastonbury Festival, which will run from June 24-28 at Worthy Farm.
