Florence + The Machine played an intimate pub gig in south London last night (July 4), with the band marking the occasion by giving a live debut to the song ‘South London Forever’ – watch fan-shot footage of the show below.
The gig at The Joiners Arms in Camberwell was only announced yesterday afternoon, with fans being granted entry on a first-come, first-served basis. The show was put on in support of the band’s new album ‘High As Hope’, which came out last Friday (June 29).
The gig saw Florence + The Machine play a six-song set, which included a live debut for the ‘High As Hope’ track ‘South London Forever’, which inspired last night’s show.
