Foals draw crowds at two New York shows

Snow doesn't deter throngs from showing up

Foals completed the second of two shows last night (February 13) at Silent Barn in Brooklyn, NY before heading off to Seattle today.

Due sub-zero temperatures and snow, the band played to a virtually sold-out crowd at Bowery Ballroom the night before, during which guitarist Jimmy Smith threw up on stage.

The show was something of a feat for the band, whose debut album ‘Antidotes’ has not yet been released in the US. They signed to Sub Pop just before CMJ last year, and the LP is scheduled to come out April 8.
