Dave Grohl throws fan out of Foo Fighters gig for starting fight – video

Dave Grohl halted his show last night to throw an unruly fan out of the Foo Fighters‘ moshpit.

As reported by XFM.com the incident happened last night (July 12) during the free iTunes gig at London’s Roundhouse. You can watch a video of Grohl asking for the man to be removed by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking.

Upon spotting the man Grohl said, “You don’t fucking fight at my show you asshole. Let me see him, who’s fighting right now? It’s that guy in the striped shirt. Hey motherfucker look at me, get the fuck out of my show right now.”

He concluded, “I don’t put up with that bullshit – you people came here to have a good time and that guy can fuck off”. The announcement was met with rapturous applause.

Among the crowd for the gig were rock legends Metallica, Seasick Steve and Led Zeppelin‘s Jimmy Page.

Foo Fighters recently headlined T in the Park and are said to be top of Sonisphere organiser Stuart Galbraith‘s list of headliners for next years festival.
