Foo Fighters have announced their first tour date of 2017 – after being confirmed to headline Nos Alive festival.
Over the weekend, Dave Grohl and co teased that they’d be returning to the road – after sharing a photo of Europe from space, with Portugal illuminated. Now, it’s revealed that they’ll be joining previously announced headliners Depeche Mode in topping the bill at Lisbon’s Nos Alive.
One of Europe’s finest festivals, Nos welcomes Foo Fighters back to Portugal for the first time in six years, where they’ll be performing on Friday July 7 before Depeche Mode close proceedings on July 8. The rest of the line-up is yet to be announced, but Nos Alive 2016 saw incredible performances from the likes of Radiohead, Arcade Fire, Pixies, Chemical Brothers, Biffy Clyro, Robert Plant, Wolf Alice and many more.
