Foo Fighters invited an 8 year-old fan onstage at a gig last week, with the youngster outstaying his welcome somewhat.
Dave Grohl and band played a show at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on Friday (May 4), where they invited a Venezuelan kid named Little Fonzie onto the stage to drum on Taylor Hawkins’ kit.
After a couple of minutes of a drum solo, Grohl remarked to the crowd: “He’s still going… Can I have my concert back?”
Calling the child’s father onto the stage, Grohl then joked: “What are we gonna do? There’s nothing we can do… We’re not in day care right now.”

Foo Fighters are currently on tour in North America in support of their 2017 album ‘Concrete and Gold’.
It’s been an eventful run of shows that have seen Foo Fighters make headlines after inviting a fast-shredding KISS fan on stage, display some impressive beer-chugging skills and even duet with John Travolta.
Dave Grohl also suffered a fall at a recent live show, telling fans that he almost broke his leg again.
The incident took place at the Foos’ concert in Florida last week (April 29). Footage surfaced of Grohl stumbling after tripping over a speaker.
“I almost broke my fucking leg over there,” he later told the crowd. “Here’s the way I look at it, when you get that close to breaking your fucking leg, that means it’s a great show.”
Grohl famously broke his leg during a concert in Sweden during 2015. The injury forced his band to pull out of their Glastonbury headline slot that year.
