Four Tet is set to play Manchester’s Parklife festival later this year.

The 2018 line-up for Manchester’s Parklife revealed earlier this year and will feature headline sets from The XX, Liam Gallagher, Skepta and N.E.R.D.

The festival is taking place between June 9-10, 2018 at Heaton Park, Manchester.

It will be Gallagher’s first return to Heaton Park since playing with Beady Eye as support for The Stone Roses in 2012, following Oasis’ massive 2009 shows there.

Alongside Four Tet, the likes of Chvrches, Lorde, Bonobo, Justice and Everything Everything have also been confirmed for the festival.

Last year, Four Tet’s studio sparked a meme. Hebden posted an innocent Tweet, just showing the fans where her recorded ‘New Energy’, and what kit he used.

Showing you don’t need the most expensive equipment to make music, and boasting a charming view out the window, Hebden proceeded to answer fans questions about the recording process; but whilst this went on, his Tweet started to become a massive meme, with other Twitter uses posting the same caption alongside images of their own “studios”.
