Over charges filed by former colleague
Foxy Brown missed a court hearing yesterday (August 23) in New Jersey over charges filed by a former colleague.
Her accuser Rasheeda Ellis has filed two complaints against Brown, one of which centres around her making alleged “terroristic threats”.
The rapper was due in court to determine whether to proceed with charges.
Brown’s lawyer Brian Neary was told to make sure Brown attends the next session (set for Septermber 26).
Neary said: “Foxy says she’s never had a problem with this woman.”
He added that he did not sure when and where any incident occurred between the rapper and Ellis, BBC News reports.
