Frank Ocean has posted a new track, titled ‘Blue Whale’, online – scroll down below and click to listen.

The singer, who made his return to the stage at the MTV Video Music Awards earlier this month after being forced to cancel a spate of European festival appearances earlier this summer, posted the unreleased song on his Tumblr account, although he didn’t publish any information or details to accompany the track.

Ocean released his debut album ‘Channel Orange’ in July of this year, with the LP peaking at Number Two in the UK Official Album Chart. The eight-minute clip cuts between scenes in which Ocean stumbles drunk through a strip club and shots of the singer riding a motorcycle in the desert and concludes with an appearance by John Mayer, who plays the guitar solo on the song.

Shortly before the release of ‘Channel Orange’, Ocean came out in a post on his Tumblr. He prefaced his statement saying he hoped that “the babies born these days will inherit less of the bullshit than we did” and went on to reveal that his first love had been another man.
