Last week, it was reported that Frank Ocean‘s second album ‘Boys Don’t Cry’ was set to be released on August 5.
A source told the New York Times it would be exclusively on Apple Music, while a mysterious live stream video appeared on Ocean’s website on the days leading up to the apparent release.
August 5 came and went without any sign of the album, however, and now fans are speculating that the record will actually be out in November instead.
Ocean posted a “due date” library-style card in July, which suggested the record had been pushed back more than 15 times. On it, July 2016 was stamped in red, leading people to believe that was when the album was coming.
The card also featured November 13 2016 stamped in black, as Fuse notes, and it’s being suggested that that is ‘Boys Don’t Cry”s true release date.
