Singer Frankie Francis' illness means gig is off

Frankie And The Heartstrings have been forced to postpone their show at Oxford’s Cellar tonight (February 22) as singer Frankie Francis is ill.

The band have said they will reschedule the date for May, but haven’t finalised a date yet.

Writing on their Twitter page,, they wrote: “We have had to postpone tonight’s Oxford show as Frankie is bedridden with a pooey (really ill!) bum. Rescheduled for May. Sorry!”

The group are still scheduled to play Kingston on Thursday, then further UK shows.
