Ken Ishii, Dope Smugglaz, Freddy Fresh and BLACK EYED PEAS are among the latest additions to the Dance Stage at this year’s CARLING WEEKEND FESTIVALS, nme.com can reveal.

Black Eyed Peas are to headline the hip-hop day of the festival (Reading, August 26, Leeds 27), with Red Snapper and Laurent Garnier headlining the other two days.

The line-up for the Dance Stage now runs: Laurent Garnier, Ken Ishii, Rinocerose, Alpinestars, BT, Dope Smugglaz, Zan Lyons, Arkana plus DJ Freddy Fresh (Reading 25, Leeds 28).

Black Eyed Peas, Slum Village, Dirty Beatniks, Junkie XL, Saian Supa Crew, Thomas Rusiak plus DJs Touche (Wiseguys), Swamp, Runaways and Creators (Reading 26, Leeds 27).

Red Snapper, Fila Brazilia, Mint Royale, Hooverphonic, Jacknife Lee, Lowfinger, Manchild, Sonic Animation plus DJs Two Lone Swordsmen, Agent Sumo and Psychonauts (Reading 27, Leeds 26).

This year’s Carling Weekend Festivals take place at Richfield Avenue, Reading, and Temple Newsam, Leeds over the weekend of August 25-28. Bands confirmed to play on the other stages include Oasis, Primal Scream, Pulp, Beck, Stereophonics, Muse, Embrace and Ian Brown. Weekend tickets cost #80, with day tickets on sale at #33.
