Fun Lovin’ Criminalshave added five extra dates to their December tour and have announced two new tracks that will feature on their forthcoming B-sides album, ‘Mimosa’ – out on November 22, through Chrysalis.
The album, which the band recorded over the summer in New York, has been described as “loungecore” and features new acoustic versions the B-sides, many of which are covers.
However, a spokesman revealed the band have also recorded versions of ‘Couldn’t Get It Right’ by the Climax Blues Band and ‘Crazy Train’ by Ozzy Osbourne “because they like them”. As previously reported in NME, FLC have also recorded a version of Louis Armstrong‘s ‘We Have All The Time In The World’.

The band will be showing their short film debut before each gig. Called Maui Five O, it is a spoof cop show starring the band.
Lead singer Huey said: “We just bought a load of guns at Wal-Mart and filmed it in Miami.”
Finally, a waxwork of Huey is to go on display at London’s Trocadero and at a new Madame Tussaud‘s exhibition in New York next year.
