Funeral For A Friend have rescheduled their cancelled NME AWARDS TOUR appearance at LIVERPOOL UNIVERSITY (January 30).
The Welsh extremo-rockers will now play Liverpool Academy on February 23.
The announcement follows their rescheduling of their other pulled date at Sheffield University (January 29) , which will now take place at the city’s Leadmill on February 9.
Tickets for the shows are priced at £8 and are on sale now.
Ticket holders wishing to obtain refunds for the Sheffield or Liverpool NME Awards Tour shows affected should present their tickets at point of purchase for refunding. These tickets will not be valid for the rescheduled Funeral For A Friend shows.
As previously reported on NME.COM, Funeral For A Friend were forced to cancel the two headlining gigs after singer Matt Davies was struck down with flu. However the band rejoined the tour along with Rapture, Von Bondies and Franz Ferdinand on Saturday night (January 31) at the Manchester Academy.
Funeral For A Friend’s new single ‘Escape Artists Never Die’ is released today (February 2).
The NME Awards Tour tears through Leeds University tonight, before heading on to Nottingham Rock City (3), Norwich UEA (4), Portsmouth Pyramids (6), London Brixton Academy (7) and Cardiff University (8).
