Gallows announce new UK show for December – ticket details

Band schedule second UK date with new singer Wade MacNeil

Gallows have announced a second UK show for December.

The band, who are currently touring North America, had previously said that their date at London‘s XOYO on December 13 would be their only UK live show of 2011 with new singer Wade MacNeil, but have now added a second show. They will headline Kingston Peel on December 14.

MacNeil replaced Frank Carter as the frontman of the Watford punks earlier this summer.

Gallows recently spoke about Carter’s departure from the band, revealing that their former singer wanted them to become a straight-up rock act, in the vein of Queens Of The Stone Age.

Guitarist Steph Carter said of this:

Frank wanted a change in direction. He wanted something that took us to the next step of being a big, successful, straight-up rock band, like Queens Of The Stone Age. The rest of us weren’t ready for that.

Tickets go onsale on Friday (October 28) at 11am (BST). To check the availability of Gallows tickets and get all the latest listings, go to NME.COM/TICKETS now, or call 0871 230 1094.
