The reformed art-rockers announce more dates for this year...

GANG OF FOUR have announced plans for a North American tour.

The reformed British art-rock outfit, responsible for helping to inspire the likes of Franz

Ferdinand and The Futureheads, recently played a host of UK dates but had only signed up for one Stateside show, May 1, at California’s Coachella Music Festival.

Now, having completed work on a double disc CD of remixed material they hope to put out in May on an as yet unnamed label, the group will make their first trek across the states in over a decade.

Gang of Four’s tour will call at:

San Francisco Fillmore (2 & 3)

Portland Roseland (5)

Seattle Showbox (6)

Vancouver Commodore (7)

Minneapolis Quest (10)

Chicago Metro (11 & 12)

Toronto Phoenix (14)

Boston Avalon (16)

NYC Irving Plaza (17 & 18)

Washington DC 9:30 Club (20)
