Three new dates added to January tour...

Garbage have added three new dates to their January 1999 tour and announced details of a new single.

The single, ‘When I Grow Up’, taken from current album, ‘Version 2.0’, is released on January 18 through Mushroom on two CDs, a cassette and a three-inch CD.

CD1 features ‘When I Grow Up’, a remix of the song by DJ DANNY TENAGLIA and a cover of ‘Can’t Seem To Make You Mine’ by cult ’60s garage band THE SEEDS. CD2 B-sides are a new Garbage track, ‘Tornado’, and a remix of ‘Special’ by Danny Tenaglia.

The three-inch CD features all of the above tracks while the cassette’s B-side is ‘Can’t Seem To Make You Mine’.

The band’s tour starts with a new date at Dublin Point (January 14), Belfast King’s Hall (15), Birmingham NEC (17), two new dates at Doncaster Dome (18) and Reading Rivermead (19), London Wembley Arena (20), Manchester Evening News Arena (22) and Glasgow SECC (23).
