Garbage record theme for next Bond movie...

Garbage have been confirmed to do the theme for the next James Bond film The World Is Not Enough, according to US film trade bible The Hollywood Reporter.

Shirley Manson joins Shirley Bassey in the ranks of the select band of artists who have recorded Bond themes; it’s not yet known wherther they will write the theme or record a song written by someone else.

The film – the third starring Pierce Brosnan as 007 – also stars Goldie (as a villain, strangely enough) and Robert Carlyle.
