DADDY – COOL!

They were once the most talked about band in Britain - now we'll see how they get on as a three-piece...

GAY DAD are to play their first live show as a three-piece at RADIO4, the POPTONES label’s weekly club night at NOTTING HILL ARTS CLUB next Wednesday (November 29), NME.COM can reveal.

It will be the band’s only UK gig this year, and the first gig since the departure of keyboard player James Risebero, which has left them as a three-piece. There are at present no plans to replace him.

The follow-up to their as-yet untitled debut album ‘LEISURE NOISE’ will be completed by the end of January. The first single is slated for release in March or April, with the album to follow in June.
