George Harrison will receive a star on the legendary Hollywood Walk of Fame next year.
The late Beatle will be honoured at a 2008 induction ceremony, along with Christina Aguilera and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, who will also receive stars in their names.
Hollywood‘s honourary mayor, Johnny Grant, said that these artists were chosen “for a combination of professional achievement and community involvement.”
