Sam Duckworth to play show on London bus

Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly will play an unconventional gig aboard a London bus tomorrow evening (March 11).

Sam Duckworth will follow an instore performance at Oxford Street’s Zavvi Megastore by offering a small group of fans the opportunity to join him on a tour of London’s tourist attractions as he plays an acoustic set.

The first 70 fans queuing to get into the instore performance, due to begin at 5.30pm,will be awarded a wristband for the bus journey which follows that.


The performances mark the release of Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly’s second album ‘Searching For The Hows And Whys’ today (March 10).

As previously reported, Sam Duckworth has performed on public transport before, playing a gig on a train in April 2007.
