The song, which features a guest verse from fellow New Yorker AZ, is taken from the Wu-Tang Clan rapper’s forthcoming album ’36 Seasons’, a concept record due for release on December 9. Click above to listen.

The new LP is a ‘hip-hop superhero’ concept record that will see Ghost in the role of “a Staten Island vigilante inspired by a quest for personal retribution and bent on saving his community from the grips of crooked authority and urban decay”. Included in the packaging will be 20 pages of comic art, some of which have been previewed in the above video.

‘Double Cross’ is the second track to be released from ’36 Seasons’ after ‘Love Don’t Live Here Anymore’ was posted earlier this month. Also in the pipeline is the MC’s collaboration album with Toronto-based trio Badbadnotgood. ‘Sour Soul’ is due out on February 17 and will feature the single ‘Six Degrees’.
