Glassjaw to make UK live return in February 2016

Band announce first UK live dates since 2012

Glassjaw have announced details of their first live dates in the UK in nearly four years.

The band marked their return earlier this week with new song ‘New White Extremity’, said to be taken from their first new album since 2002.

The US hardcore band’s last album was ‘Worship and Tribute’, released thirteen years ago. Though the band have released three EPs since then, a full length album has appeared less likely with each passing year.

In 2012 Glassjaw said they have no plans to put out a third album, saying that “full-length records are becoming irrelevant”.

In addition to this news, the band will also play UK gigs early next year when they support Coheed and Cambria on tour. Starting in Cardiff on January 31, Glassjaw will also open the show in Manchester and London. See full dates and venue information below:

Glassjaw’s last live show in the UK came as part of Hevy Music festival in 2012.

Cardiff, University Great Hall (January 31)
Manchester, O2 Ritz (February 1)
London, O2 Forum (February 2)
