Glastonbury 2011 line-up – fans give their verdicts

Fans debate online at NME.COM/blogs

Glastonbury 2011’s full line-up was unveiled by organisers this afternoon (April 14) and fans have been posting their verdicts online at NME.COM/blogs.

The likes of Morrissey, Biffy Clyro and Warpaint are all now confirmed for the bash, along with hundreds of other acts. Reaction to the line-up has been mixed, though most users seemed happy with the bill.

NME.COM user Graham Nutshell exclaimed that the news was “just awesome”, while Scott Howland was equally excited, writing: “I cant wait! Amazing line-up!”

Will Orchard was more critical, calling the line up “underwhelming” and adding: “The big stage draws are either not my cup of tea or, if they are, they’re already at other festivals.”

Rónán Creighton‘s reaction was mixed, describing the bill as “quantity over quality”, but adding that there was “some good stuff” and that event was “still worth the money.”
