Blur, Bruce Springsteen, Neil Young for Glastonbury 2009?

The festival rumour mill grows

Although organisers haven’t confirmed any major acts for the festival yet, rumours are circulating that Blur, Neil Young and Bruce Springsteen will headline next year’s Glastonbury.

Gossip website Holy Moly is predicting that the bands will play the festival, alongside Kaiser Chiefs.

Meanwhile, festival resource website eFestivals.co.uk lists Young, Springsteen, Blur and Kaiser Chiefs as “strong rumours” to play the festival, along with Kanye West, The Specials, The Coral and Squeeze.

The first act to be officially announced for playing Glastonbury 2009 is Liverpool four-piece Major Major.
