NME.COM has all the info you need to get into Glasto

The countdown for Glastonbury Festival tickets has begun in earnest, so NME.COM has produced this print-out-keep/ bookmark-friendly guide for what you will need to know come the on sale date.

Firstly, tickets for this year’s bash go on sale on this Sunday (April 1) at 9am and will be sold through the following outlets:

By phone:

UK: 0870 165 2007

International: +44 115 993 4183

Based on the 2005 experience, it is expected that most of the tickets will be sold online, and organisers recommend this as your best option.

No one other than the means above are allowed to sell tickets, and alternative outlets seen should be treated with suspicion.

As previously reported, only those who pre-registered in the last month for this year’s anti-touting measures are eligible to buy tickets when they go on sale, so ensure you have handy the registration number and surname of EACH of the people you intend buy tickets for.

Four tickets can be brought in a single transaction (either online or by phone), and it is worth stating again: everyone you’re buying tickets for MUST already be registered for the festival’s anti-touting measures.

The tickets cost £145 each plus a £5 booking fee, and £4 postage and packaging per order.

Glastonbury only accepts debit cards – credit cards aren’t allowed – so ensure there is enough money in your account to pay for your tickets if you are using this payment option.

Postal orders and cheques are also accepted, and you will be given a reference number when you book.

After that you only have five working days to send your in your payment (to SeeTickets, P.O. Box 9091, Nottingham NG1 9DA) – cheques must be made out to Glastonbury Festival 2007.

Car park and camper van/caravan tickets will also be available for purchase when you buy your tickets. The car park costs £10 per vehicle, while camper vans and caravans cost £50 each.

See for specific questions including children, etc.

Now simply bookmark or print out this page and you will be fully prepared for when tickets go on sale at 9am on April 1.
