The band present 'Catchphrase', a breakdancing class and a skinning-up school during a 15-minute gig break...

GOLDIE LOOKIN’ CHAIN kept crowds entertained for 15 minutes during technical faults at a show in the PORTSMOUTH WEDGEWOOD ROOMS last night (April 20).

The amps in the venue overheated during a rendition of current single’Half Man Half Machine’, needing a full quarter-of-an-hour to cool down.

The band stepped in with their own version of the TV show ‘Catchphrase’, presented by Eggsy.

Other highlights included Maggot’s ‘Breakdancing School’ and Penelope Keith impression, and Mike Balls’ fastest skinning up event.

The band, who have been added to MTV2’s ‘Gonzo On Snow’ show in Milton Keynes this Saturday (April 24) alongside Million Dead, Kill Kenada and Jetplane Landing, continue their ‘Draw Based Confusion’ tour tonight (April 21) at the Reading Fez.
