This year's line-up WILL be confirmed in advance...
Although none of these acts had been confirmed at the time of going to press, organisers of the event said that this year the line up WILL be confirmed in advance, but only after all the tickets have sold out.
Festival chief Michael Eavis however has already told NME.COM that Pink Floyd and Rod Stewart were to play the 2002 event, although now it appears that it will be Pink Floyd members Roger Waters and drummer Nick Mason rather than the full line-up. There is talk that Rod Stewartmay reform his old band The Faces for his appearance.
This year’s Glastonbury takes place at Worthy Farm, Pilton over the weekend of June 28-30. For more festival news, see this week’s NME, out now.
